After the incident with my 2000 Ford Explorer, CSAA referred me to you. Having recently moved from Carmel, I was not familiar with your Company and was a little concerned about the quality of work preformed.
The explorer was picked up today and I am very impressed with your work. Not only in the quality of the repair, which was major, but with the post repair cleanup and attention to detail in returning the car to me in a cleaner condition than before the incident. Any concerns have vanished.
You have, as stated on your card, a World Class Collision Center.

I write simply to convey me utmost satisfaction with your service and for the quality work and exceptional customer care you extended to me during my recent experience with your shop.
I must say that my experience with your business exceeded my every expectation, something that is in this day and age exceedingly rare. Not only did I find each employee professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but also accommodating and expeditious, turning what ordinarily is considered a stressful and difficult time into one which was very agreeable under the circumstances.
Your crew didn’t stop at delighting me with the quality of the repair necessary, but went so far as to return it to me in excellent condition earlier than expected, during a week shortened by a holiday, and after fixing a small but vexing condition outside the scope of work which had bothered me for years!
The pride demonstrated by the employees in your business is clearly evident and is reflected in the product and service you provide down to every last detail. I suspect that early on, you set high standards for your crew and achieve them through modeling those same behaviors yourself.
